About the event

This is an opportunity for organizers, activists, and anyone concerned with Informed Consent & Religious Freedom issues to practice self-care.

Self-care is a movement of love amidst despair, kindness in the face of loss as well as victory. It’s declaring yourself as self-deserving of the emotional agency. Self-care is not frivolous; self-care is a radical act of love.

Yoga, Meditation & Connection!

We are aiming to make this a monthly event so that each session will offer an accessible physical practice allowing for the opportunity for conversation about self-care and social justice activism. We hope to build a sense of deeper community with each other. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

It’s essential for us to acknowledge the importance of our own self-care and to act upon it.

Join us in for the perfect blend of fun, relaxation, connection, and self-discovery.

Whether you’re new to yoga or are experienced, practicing yogi, or you are interested in healthier living and ways to implement holistic wellness into your daily life, this workshop will offer something for everyone!
